What NOT To Do With Premature Ejaculation Part 1
Jul 13th, 2010 by How To Last Longer In Bed
Maybe you've had premature ejaculation your whole life, maybe it's a recent development. Regardless, you want it gone, right now and for good, and your willing to do anything to make that happen.
Or perhaps you've already tried some of the zanier 'tips and tricks' you see touted online to help with this condition. Yet here you are, still suffering.
Let's go over a few of the more popular methods, why they don't work, and why you should avoid them. Then we'll dive into what really does work.
Numbing creams and sprays: This is a good starting point. I'm not actually totally opposed to these as tools in your overall program. What I am opposed to is trying to use them as a long term crutch because they just won't work for that.
What they do have a potential use for is a temporary solution to both last long enough to please your partner and also to take the edge off of your sensitivity in order to help train your central nervous system to control your sexual energy better.
As the name implies, these type of products use numbing agents to deaden the nerve sensations of the skin of your penis, especially focusing on the ultra-sensitive head. They come in the form of sprays, lotions/creams, or my personal recommendation if you go this route (and one I used to use!)are the special condoms with the numbing agent already on the inside.
Pros: Most guys with PE can attest to the extreme, seemingly uncontrollable sensitivity of the head of their penis. So, short term, these products may be of some use. If you can temporarily take the edge off you may be able to sustain intercourse long enough to give your partner an orgasm which of course will make her happy!
We'll continue with the cons in the next article so stay tuned!
